A BC Government Decriminalization Exemption Update

September 14, 2023

BCCDC would like to update harm reduction, THN and FORB sites that that the BC Government has added playgrounds, spray parks, wading pools, and skate parks to the list of places that are not exempt under the provincial decriminalization exemption. 

Possessing decriminalized substances within 15m of these places is now illegal.
